Our Company Meetings

    Our training is central to our sustainability plan and growth plan.  Our company meetings are held weekly (in person and on Zoom) and cover topics ranging from compliance and transactional tools to marketing and business development.

   There is so much we can learn from each other on every transaction, better ways to do things, how to be D.R.E. compliant, and provide our clients with excellent customer service along the way.  We post recordings of meetings and trainings on our Back Office website as well as our Agent Facebook  group so you never miss a thing.

Ongoing New Agent Training

    We have weekly trainings geared toward new agents, teaching the real estate business from the ground up. Our 12 week new agent program covers all of our tech stack so you can get to using all our great offerings right away. Then we go over working with buyers, working with sellers, marketing, things to watch out for, C.A.R. Forms, prospecting, marketing, coaches, and CRMs, including the one we use!

  All agents are welcome to come to these weekly classes to help stay on top of tech tools and changes to forms and the idustry.  Many of our agents regularly attend to get the newest tips from our Managers.

One on One

   We are available when you need us. Our office managers make themselves available to you as you need help.   We also offer a manager text hotline so you reach help from our first available manager. 
    Our onboarding allows you time to go over the company's systems, tech stack, training schedule, and get your marketing started right away on our company websites, Facebook pages, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
    Our Back Office website offers video solutions to the most asked manager questions so you always have access to help, day or night.

Great Splits and Competitive Low Annual Commission "Caps" for agents

    We offer very attractive individual and team annual commission caps.  Regardless of your split with Modern Broker, you still “cap” when generating the allotted amount of company dollar each year.  
   This generates a HUGE savings for productive agents at companies with much higher caps, or those without a cap entirely.

Risk Management Fee & Attorney Support

   Access to our in-house attorney, your Error & Omissions insurance, daily file review and continuos file support, paperless transaction management system and compliance platform (desktop and mobile versions), and brokerage zipForms® templates,  are all included as a part of this fee.
